This coffee is the result of a decade-long partnership between a smallholder community in Yunnan’s Pu’er Prefecture and Torch, built on trust, transparency, and shared experimentation. Through collaborative work in farming, processing, and post-harvest technique, this relationship has yielded a remarkably consistent and expressive natural coffee. Expect vibrant a heavy and fruit-forward coffee, with prominent notes of mango and dark chocolate.
