Organic Sencha China Rainforest Green Tea 
Organic Jasmine Green Tea 
Organic Spearmint Leaves 

Steep 1 tea pouch in 2 quarts of 185* F water for 3 minutes 

Remove and drain pouch 

Add 2 quarts of iced water to reach a full gallon
